George Siokos

George Siokos was a founding Partner and Executive Chairman of EDN. He has been involved in organisational development consulting in Australia and internationally for over thirty years.

George specialises in organisational change and development with a primary focus on the design and facilitation of strategic and business planning, management, leadership and team development, organisational needs analysis and the management of change.

George was central to the development of EDN’s internationally renowned reputation for organisational change, principally in the oil and gas industry, which focuses on effective and sustainable workplace cultures using safety as a cause for action.

George’s services are sought after by international companies and he has addressed a number of international conferences in this field, including Society of Petroleum Engineers and International Association of Drilling Contractors conferences. He is currently a Distinguished Lecturer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

John Jenkins

John has over 40 years’ experience in management and the management consulting industry. He has consulted widely in both the public and private sectors in Australia and overseas.

He holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Human Resource Development and has worked across a broad section of heavy industry.

John has also spent a considerable amount of his working life in a variety of General Manager Roles. As a result, his consulting practice is balanced with real business experience. John has had first hand experience in strategic planning, workplace reform, performance management, leadership development and industrial relations.

He has project managed a number of large Change Management Projects that involved step-change transitions and continuous improvement/quality process techniques. His role in these projects included hands on detailed management of the many workplace interventions as well as overall direction of the whole project. These projects yielded real results backed up by quantifiable improvements in service quality, staff morale and service unit cost.

Throughout his career John has been regarded as an excellent personal coach. In more recent assignments his coaching expertise across all aspects of managerial and leadership competency has been sought by leader/managers at senior and middle management level.

Jason Vidovich

Jason is an experienced Organisational Development (OD) consultant with over 15 years’ experience working within the disciplines of OD, Human Resources and Learning and Development. He has consulted in this discipline throughout Australia and extensively across all corners of the globe, and in recent years primarily throughout the Oil and Gas sector.

Jason is an engaging and experienced presenter, and a highly regarded and accomplished facilitator, coach, and trainer. Within the realms of operational performance, Jason has several years experience in General Management roles and fulfilling Project Director roles across major organisational change. He knows and understands the responsibilities and pressure that come with running small and large multi-million dollar businesses.

With this operational experience managing and leading small, large and virtual teams; and driving change through acquisitions and restructures, Jason ensures the depth of his knowledge obtained through practice, compliments his grip on theoretical models, development tools and reality.

Jason has proven he has the ability to transfer his skill set across organisations, industries and sectors (private, public, not-for-profit).
